Luke Moton fired a two-day total of 153 to guide Wabash to a tie for third place at the Anderson Fall Golf Invitational over the weekend. Moton finished in a tie for sixth place in the final individual standings.

Moton (right) shot two consistent rounds over the course of the tournament, finishing with a 76 on Saturday before posting a 77 for Sunday's round. Teammate Sam Russell shot a 157 (79-78) to finish tied for 12th. 

Kyle Nagdeman rebounded from a tough first round total of 87 with the lowest second-day total for Wabash with a 74 to finish tied for 23rd with a total of 161 strokes. Andrew Palmer was 28th with a two-day total of 163 (83-80).

The Little Giants shot 631 as a team. DePauw won the Invitational with a total of 587 strokes. Franklin was second (605), while Mount St. Joseph equalled the Wabash effort with a 631. Hanover (639), Anderson (647) and Rose-Hulman (651) completed the team scoring. 

Wabash returns to the links this weekend for the second event in the North Coast Athletic Conference Golf Championship Series. The two day tournament will be hosted by Hiram College and will be played at Hawks Nest Golf Club in Creston, Ohio.
