Grapplers Finish Tenth at Midwest Classic
The Wabash College wrestling team finished tenth out of 16 teams at the annual Midwest Classic, hosted by the University of Indianapolis January 3-4. The Little Giants scored 48.5 points at the Classic with five wrestlers placing in the top eight in their weight classes.

Little Giant Wrestlers Defeat Division I Gardner Webb at IU Duals
Five Wabash wrestlers earned victories on Sunday afternoon against Gardner Webb, giving the Little Giants a 22-21 over the Division I opponenet at the IU Duals. The Little Giants finished the day 1-2 overall, losing 38-12 to Indiana and 40-6 to Eastern Illinois.

Healy, Miller Grab Wins Against Purdue
Wabash wrestlers Chris Healy (JR/Jasper, IN/Jasper) and Adam Miller (JR/Pendleton, IN/Pendleton Heights) picked up individual victories on Saturday night in the Little Giants’ dual meet against Purdue University. Wabash lost the overall dual meet by a final score of 32-6.

Healy Named Outstanding Wrestler at Midwest Invitational
Wabash placed in eight of ten weight classes, including a first place finish by nationally-ranked wrestler Chris Healy at 174 pounds and a second by freshman Keith Garrard at the Midwest Wrestling Invitational over the weekend. Healy’s 4-0 performance earned him Outstanding Wrestler of the Meet honors.

The Wabash College wrestling team picked up wins from Chris Healy and Keith Garrard on Tuesday night at the Henry Crown Fieldhouse, but it wasn't enough as the Little Giants lost 28-9 to the University of Chicago in dual meet competition.

Healy Earns All-America Honors in Wrestling
Wabash College sophomore wrestler Chris Healy ofJasper, Indiana took eighth place at the NCAA Division III Wrestling National Championships at Ohio Northern University to earn All-American honors at 174 pounds.
