Tennis Team Takes Fifth at NCAC Championships
Wabash posted its best tennis tournament finish since joining the North Coast Athletic Conference, handing Oberlin a 5-3 defeat on Saturday morning to take fifth place at the 2007 conference event.

Little Giants Advance Over OWU at NCAC Tennis Tourney
Less than one week after dropping a match to Ohio Wesleyan University, the Wabash tennis team avenged that loss with a 5-1 victory over the Battling Bishops in the second round of the North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Tournament. The Little Giants lost their opening round match by a score of 5-0 to second-seeded Denison.

NCAA Grant to Boost Campus Peer Counseling Group
Two students’ dreams are now realized by an NCAA Choices Alcohol Education grant. The grant was awarded Wabash College and — coupled with matching campus funds — will be used for peer education about alcohol use.

Van Zee, Horrey Set Single Season Doubles Record
Senior Adam Van Zee and sophomore Jay Horrey captured the Wabash single season record for doubles' victories Saturday afternoon with an 8-2 win over Ohio Weselyan, but could not help the Little Giant team in a 6-3 loss to the host Battling Bishops. Wabash dropped a 7-2 decision against Ohio Dominican in the second match Saturday in Delaware, Ohio.

Wabash tennis coach Jason Hutchison will be conducting summer tennis camps for boys and girls from 2nd grade through high school.

Little Giant Netters Drop Home Match to DePauw
Wabash and DePauw managed to complete the scheduled tennis match between the two schools Wednesday night with only three matches moving to the indoor courts. The Little Giants lost 9-0 to the eighth-ranked Tigers.

Little Giants Finish 1-1 at GLCA Tennis Tournament
Adam Van Zee and Jay Horrey moved to within two victories of setting the single season record for doubles' wins with an 8-6 victory in the Oberlin match. Wabash defeated the Yeomen 5-2 after losing to Albion in the opening match 6-0.

Final Set Victory Gives Wabash Tennis Two Wins
Nate Mullendore trailed one set and faced a 5-2 deficit in the second before rallying for a 7-5 victory, His 6-2 win in the third set propelled Wabash to a 5-4 team victory over Elmhurst College Saturday night. Earlier in the day the Little Giants dominated Wittenberg in an 8-1 North Coast Athletic Conference contest.
