Tennis Team Nets All-Conference Honors
Four members of the Wabash tennis team have earned All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors for their efforts throughout the 2007-08 season. Freshmen Will Pelak, Luke Bielawski, and Ryan Tennyson joined junior Jay Horrey as members of the All-NCAC squad.

Tennis Finishes Fourth at 2008 NCAC Tournament
Two Sunday losses sent the Wabash tennis team to a fourth place finish at the 2008 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Tournament. The Little Giants lost 5-1 to Denison in the semifinals before falling 5-4 to Allegheny in the finals.

Wabash Opens NCAC Tennis Tourney With Win over Wooster
Wabash, seeded third coming into the 2008 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Tournament, picked up a win in its opening match with a 5-3 victory over sixth-seeded Wooster. The two-day event is being held at Oberlin College.

Little Giant Tennis Team Moves to 16th
Wabash moved up one spot in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Central Region rankings. The Little Giants are 16th in the region, the highest ranking ever for the squad. Will Pelak remains ranked among singles players, falling to 15th in the polls.

Netters Fall 9-0 to Nationally-Ranked Tigers
The Wabash tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision at DePauw University Wednesday evening. The Little Giants, ranked 16th in the Central Region in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association poll, played their third consecutive match against a nationally-ranked opponent. The Tigers came into the match ranked 14th in the nation by the ITA.

For the second time in as many days the Wabash tennis team faced a nationally-ranked opponent at the 2008 Great Lakes Colleges Association Men's Tennis Tournament. The Little Giants lost 5-3 to Kalamazoo College.

Little Giants Split at GLCA Tennis Tournament
Wabash opened the first day of the Great Lakes Colleges Association Men's Tennis Tournament with a 5-4 win over Hope College Friday afternoon at Denison. The Little Giants fell to nationally-ranked Carnegie Mellon 5-2 in the second round.

Tennis Scores Springfield Sweep
Wabash took two victories in Springfield, Ohio Saturday, defeating the host Wittenberg University Tigers 7-2 in North Coast Athletic Conference action in the first match. The Little Giants followed with a 6-3 win over Cedarville University in the afternoon.

Wabash took an 8-1 win over Earlham in North Coast Athletic Conference tennis action Wednesday night despite missing two players in the starting lineup due to injuries.

Pelak and Waldon Combine for Tournament Win
Freshman Will Pelak and junior Ryan Waldon took an 8-5 victory in the championship match of third doubles Sunday afternoon in the 2008 Kerry Seward Memorial Tennis Tournament at Wabash College. Pelak added a second place finish at number one singles, while juniors Jay Horrey and Sean Clerget took second place at second doubles. Wabash finished fourth out of eight teams in the tourney.
