Compton-Craig Named NCAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week
Sophomore Sam Compton Craig has been named the North Coast Athletic Conference Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week after setting a new personal-best 8,000 meters time at Friday’s Notre Dame Invitational.

Sophomore Sam Compton-Craig turned in a time of 26:30 at Friday's Notre Dame Cross Country Invitational. He finished 97th out of 205 runners in the Gold Division of the meet.

A fixture on campus for nearly three decades, Coach Rob Johnson has been a mentor, coach, and friend to hundreds of Wabash men. This fall Johnson has been on medical leave in order to have triple-bypass surgery.

Frazee, Lambert Lead Wabash to Second at Hokum Karem
Dennis Frazee and All-American Geoff Lambert teamed up to finish third overall in leading Wabash to a runner-up finish at the 2006 Wabash Hokum Karem. The duo finished with a time of 29:19, while teammates Sam Compton-Craig and Dustin Beck teamed up for sixth place in 29:32.

Dennis Frazee outraced Chris Dietrick from DePauw in the final segment of the 2006 Wabash Hokum Karem to combine with Geoff Lambert for third. The duo helped the Little Giants finish second in the team scoring at the annual season-opening event.

The largest alumni turnout in history made the 2006 Charlie Finch Memorial Alumni Cross Country Meet a huge success. The Finch Memorial marks the start of the season for the Red Pack — a Wabash cross country team with high hopes for a much improved season.
