Red Pack Looks For Long Distance Goals in 2008
Last year's Wabash cross country team started strong, but came up short of finishing in the top-two in the North Coast Athletic Conference. This year the Little Giants will try to improve week by week, targeting their biggest meets at the end of the season for their best performance.

Morgan Named Track and Field Coach
For only the third time since World War II, Wabash College has a new head coach of its track and field program. Wabash President Patrick E. White has announced that Clyde J. Morgan will replace Robert H. Johnson, who has led the program since 1972.

Einterz, Cross Country Team Recognized for Classroom Success
The Wabash cross country team was honored by the US Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association for having the eighth-best team grade point average in the country this season. Freshman Seth Einterz was also recognized as a member of the Coaches' All-Academic Team.

The Little Giants finished 12th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, but did not manage to send any runners on to the national meet.

Little Giant Harriers Third at NCAC CC Championships
Freshman Seth Einterz finished eighth, one of four Wabash runners to earn All-Conference honors at the 2007 North Coast Athletic Conference Men’s Cross Country Championship. The Little Giants finished third out of 10 teams at the annual race, hosted this year by Kenyon College.

Einterz Finishes In Top-50 at Notre Dame
Freshman Seth Einterz finished 49th in the Gold Division race of the 52nd Notre Dame Invitational Friday afternoon. Wabash was 21st out of 25 teams at the event.
