NAWM Inducts Eight in Athletics Hall of Fame
On the eve of the 115th Monon Bell Classic, the National Association of Wabash Men gathered to honor some of Wabash's finest athletes and coaches at the Athletics Hall of Fame banquet. Seven Little Giant athletes and former football coach Greg Carlson were inducted in the Hall of Fame at the event, which drew well over 200 people.

Einterz Headed To Nationals
Sophomore cross country runner Seth Einterz earned a trip to the NCAA Division III National Championship race with a 17th-place finish at Saturday's Regional at Otterbein College. The Little Giants finished sixth overall in the team scoring.

Sophomore Seth Einterz and senior Hugh Jackson ran to All-North Coast Athletic honors at the league's 2008 Men's Cross Country Championship race. The Little Giants finished third out of ten teams at the annual competition.

Wabash Harriers Split the State in Weekend Competition
Half of the Wabash cross country team headed north to South Bend to compete at the annual Notre Dame Invitational Friday afternoon. The remainder of the squad ran Saturday morning at the Hanover College Pre-National Meet in southern Indiana. The Little Giants finished 21st at the Notre Dame meet while grabbing 13th at Hanover.

Red Pack Takes Seventh at 2008 Indiana Intercollegiates
Wabash finished seventh out of 15 teams in "Little State" portion of the 2008 Indiana Intercollegiate Men's Cross Country Championship Friday afternoon. The Little Giants were 13th out of 21 total teams.

Red Pack Fourth at 2008 GLCA Meet
Freshman Donavan White posted a top-10 finish in his first collegiate 8,000-meter cross country race, crossing the finish line in eighth place at the annual Great Lakes Colleges Association Championship meet. The Wabash team finished fourth out of eight teams.

Freshmen Duo Leads Wabash to Second at Hokum Karem
Wabash tied with its rival, DePauw University, for second place at the 47th Wabash Hokum Karem Saturday morning. The Little Giants and Tigers each scored 30 points, trailing only Indiana Tech University with 9. Kevin McCarthy and Donavan White took fourth place overall in the relay-style cross country race created by former Wabash coach J. Owen Huntsman.

Wabash XC Alumni Return for Charlie Finch Memorial
Wabash alumni who participated in track and field and cross country returned in big numbers for the Charlie Finch Memorial Alumni Run, which was held on Saturday. The event allows the alumni a chance to meet — and race against the men who make up the current Wabash cross country team.
