Thinclads Take Second at NCAC Relays
Wabash came within seven points of defending its North Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Relays championship from last season. The Little Giants finished second to Ohio Wesleyan University. Wabash scored 79 points while the Battling Bishops won the title with 86.

Thinclads Open 2005 Season with 77-66 Win at Rose-Hulman
Wabash ran against the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Fighting Engineers Saturday as part of the Rose-Hulman Double Duals Saturday, along with Indiana State University and IllinoisState University. The Little Giants defeated Rose 77-66.

Wabash Alumnus Killed in Afghanistan
Jeremy Robert Wright, a 1996 graduate of Wabash College, was killed Jan. 3 when the Humvee in which he was riding hit a roadside bomb during a routine patrol near Kabul, Afghanistan. Wright, a member of a special forces unit stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington, was deployed to Afghanistan about two months ago. He joined the United States Army in the spring of 2002.

The 2004 season came to an end Saturday for the Wabash cross country team with a 13th-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional at Alma College in Alma, Michigan.

Sophomore Dennis Frazee and junior Charles Wohlhuter earned All-Conference honors at Saturday's North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Championships. Wabash finished seventh out of ten teams in the final overall standings.
