The Wabash College baseball will travel to Gambier, Ohio on Saturday and Sunday to participate in the Denison University Baseball Tournament. The team was originally scheduled to play in the weekend competition at Beaver Field in Lancaster, Ohio before weather conditions prevented that field from being used this weekend.

Injuries Haunt Little Giants in Sunday Split at Franklin
This season the Wabash baseball team may spend more time in the training room than on the baseball diamond. Two more Little Giants were lost to injuries in two games at Franklin College on Sunday. Wabash split the two-game set, defeating Elmhurst 8-6 before losing to Franklin 8-3.

Run were as tough to find as a place to stay warm on Saturday afternoon as the Wabash baseball team battled Kalamazoo College and 40-degree weather. The Little Giants lost the opening game 4-0 before taking the second game of the doubleheader 1-0.

Miscues Cost Little Giants in Doubleheader Losses to DePauw
Wabash committed seven errors in two baseball games at Greencastle, Indiana on Wednesday afternoon as the DePauw University Tigers swept a doubleheader from the Little Giants. DePauw came from behind to take an 8-6 win in game one before earning the sweep with a 9-1 victory in game two.

The Wabash baseball team completed a successful spring trip to Florida on Sunday by splitting a doubleheader against Westfield State College. Wabash won the opener 6-5 before losing the final game 8-7.

The Wabash College baseball team moved to 6-5 for the season and 5-3 for the week with two wins on Friday afternoon. The Little Giants defeated Worcester Polytechnic Instutute 5-4, followed by a 5-1 victory over St. John College.

Baseball Wins Two but Loses Shortstop
The Wabash baseball team swept a double-header against Emory and Henry College on Wednesday afternoon in Fort Myers, Florida but lost the services of starting shortstop Joe Motuliak. The freshman shortstop left in the fifth inning of the second game with a broken left leg, suffered while trying to turn a double play.
