Big Innings Lead To Sunday Split for Wabash Baseball
The Little Giant baseball team came from behind in both games Sunday, splitting the doubleheader against Wittenberg. Wabash claimed an 11-7 victory in game one before losing 9-8 in the bottom of the seventh on a bases-loaded single by the Tigers in game two. The base hit erased a dramatic grand slam by Matt Dodaro in the top half of the inning that gave the Little Giants a one-run lead.

Seven errors, 11 walks, and three wild pitches sent the Wabash baseball team to two losses at Wittenberg Saturday evening. The Little Giants fell 4-2 in game one after waiting through a four-hour rain delay. The wait wasn't worth the effort for Wabash in game two, dropping a 13-5 contest to the Tigers.
