Wabash seniors Matt Dodaro, Jake Thomas, and Andy Weeks were joined by junior Keegan Leckrone and sophomore PJ Tyson as members of the 2009 All-North Coast Athletic Conference Baseball Team. Dodaro and Thomas were First Team selections, while Leckrone received Second Team honors. Tyson and Weeks were named to the Honorable Mention team.

Dodaro's selection marks the fourth time he has been honored by the NCAC coaches as an all-conference player. A First Team pick in 2007 after earning Honorable Mention honors in 2006 and 2008, the Wabash shortstop hit .320 this year while leading the Little Giants with seven home runs, tying for second in the NCAC. He was second on the team in RBI (31) and total bases (81) and was third in total hits (47). He tied for second in doubles with 11. 

Dodaro (right) set Wabash all-time record in nearly every offensive and defensive category. He became the school's career leader in home runs (25), RBI (116), doubles (43), total bases (317), assists (449), double plays turned (82), and games played and started (159). 

Thomas (left) led Wabash in batting with a .404 average. He broke his own Wabash single-season record for hits with 63, tying for fourth in the league. Thomas, the starting right fielder for Wabash, also led the team in slugging percentage (.564), on-base percentage (.444), runs scored (35), RBI (34), doubles (14), and total bases (88). He and Dodaro also tied for the most stolen bases on the team with nine.

Thomas set the Wabash career record for hits with 193 and the highest career batting average at .386 (193-for-500). He was also an ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District V selection in 2009 and was a First Team All-NCAC pick in 2007 and a Second Team all-conference selection in 2008.

Leckrone (right) earned Second Team honors after leading the Wabash pitching staff with a 6-3 record while recording a team-best five saves, tied for third in the NCAC. He finished 17 games for the Little Giants, also third-best among conference pitchers. His 4.38 ERA was second-best on the Wabash squad. Leckrone became the Wabash career leader in saves by recording his ninth this year. He was a First Team All-NCAC selection in 2008.

Weeks (left) was 2-2 for the Little Giants in his final season with a 4.11 ERA to lead the Wabash pitching staff. He also led Wabash in strikeouts (47), innings pitched (57), and tied for the team lead in games started (10). Weeks tied for second among NCAC pitchers in pickoffs with 5.

Tyson (right) hit .307 as the starting catcher for Wabash. He was fourth on the team in runs scored (25), slugging percentage (.456), and on-base percentage (.389). He tied for second in home runs (3), tied for first in sacrifice bunts with seven, and was third in stolen bases (6). Tyson's sacrifice bunt total also tied for the lead among conference players.
