Kendrick '97 Leads Brownsburg To State Hoops Title
Joshua Kendrick '97 is no stranger to wild finishes in basketball games. Last Saturday his Brownsburg Bulldogs won the IHSAA state title for the former Wabash hoops star turned high school coach.

Zimmer Earns D3hoops.com Honors Again
Andrew Zimmer has been named to the D3hoops.com All-Region team for the second consecutive season. The senior center was named to the Men's All-Great Lakes First Team after garnering Third Team honors last season.

Former Wabash basketball player Josh Kendrick '77 led his Brownsburg High School boys basketball team to a semistate win over Class 4A number-one ranked New Albany 51-41, giving the Bulldogs their first trip to the IHSAA State finals.

Kendrick's Balancing Act
Brownsburg High School boys basketball coach Joshua Kendrick had plenty on his mind Friday afternoon. He's trying to lead the Bulldogs to their first Indiana High School Athletic Association State finals - but he spent the day multitasking. Besides prepping for today's semistate game, the 1997 Wabash College graduate also had to teach classes, prepare players for a pep rally and spend some quality time with his family.

While his team will graduate its two leading scorers and top assist man from this season, Wabash College men’s basketball coach Mac Petty is confident his Little Giants can next year have as successful a campaign as this season.

Zimmer, Simkus, Brock Named to All-NCAC Team
Andrew Zimmer earned First Team All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors for the second consecutive season, while fellow senior Gary Simkus earned Second Team honors. Sophomore Aaron Brock was named to the Honorable Mention team.

Season Ends In NCAC Title Loss
A 14-5 run by Ohio Wesleyan in later portion of the first half led to an 89-72 victory by the Battling Bishops over Wabash in the championship game of the 2008 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Tournament. The loss brought an end to the careers of seniors Earl Rooks, Gary Simkus, and Andrew Zimmer.

Aaron Brock scored a career-high 29 points Friday night to lead the Little Giants to an upset win over Wooster 87-63. Wabash advances to the NCAC championship game for the first time since 2000.
