Honor Scholarship Weekend
The 120th Honor Scholarship Weekend kicked off early Friday. Approximately 300 high school seniors from across the nation are visiting campus to learn more about Wabash and to compete for $3 million in scholarship money.
Admissions staff greeted students and gave them all the information they needed for the weekend on campus.
Parents also had special programming during the day on Friday.

Students and parents were treated to continental breakfast and conversation with faculty, staff, and parents of current students. Professor Rick Warner is always ready to help recruit great men to Wabash.
The activities fair is an important part of the Honor Scholarship weekend. Students are able to learn about many of the clubs, houses, and other activities with which they can get involved.
The fraternities are rushing new members this weekend. Many of the fraternities will hand out bids before the weekend is over.
The MXIBS was one of many organizations recruiting members at the activities fair.
There is a lot of information to keep track of during Honor Scholarship Weekend.
The athletic offices had students waiting to meet with coaches most of the morning.
Parents of current Wabash students were available during two parent panels to answer questions and help ease concerns of parents of prospective students.
President Pat White took a few minutes to talk with prospective students.
It was a chilly morning but many families still took advantage of the opportunity to tour campus.
Tour guides were quick to mention one of the many traditions at Wabash - do not walk under the arch!
