Phi Delta Theta House
The new chapter house for Phi Delta Theta is almost ready for occupation
on the corner of Walnut and College streets.
The basement "party room" of the new house features a kitchenette and
doors that open to the courtyard.
The bathrooms in the new Phi Delt house feature large, well-lit
bathrooms.
There are two cold dorms on the third floor of the new chapter house;
both have plenty of windows.
The courtyard off the basement "party room" has a basketball goal, as
well.
The spacious kitchen in the Phi Delt house opens to a buffet line
window. Farther back are large prep areas and walk-in freezer and
refrigerator.
The dining room is large and has windows on two sides.

A "night kitchen" will allow brothers opportunities for snacks and
beverages when the kitchen is closed.
Hallways are wide, walls are all warm, deep colors, and the woodwork is
walnut brown.
Every study room has at least one exterior window, and all feature
multiple data ports, phone lines, and electrical outlets.
