Pastoral Leadership Participants
About Our Participants
Wabash Pastoral Leaders are talented pastors of Christian congregations throughout Indiana who have demonstrated during their first five to ten years of ministry a high potential for significant leadership. They reflect a broad spectrum of Indiana pastors, including regional, denominational, theological, racial, ethnic and gender difference.
The Pastoral Leadership Program is for pastors of congregations who have an MDiv degree from an accredited seminary, have completed five to ten years in ministry since graduation or ordination, have developed some confidence, optimism and security in a pastoral role.
From the number of outstanding pastors who apply all have rich academic backgrounds and life experiences, and come prepared to engage in lively discussions of important issues and challenges that face communities and churches in Indiana.
