We recommend that you begin your research by resolving these fundamental questions:

1)  What do I want to know?  The key to resolving this first question is developing a coherent focus that defines your research needs.

2)  When do I need this information?  This question will determine what kinds of print/electronic, and local/remote resouces you may want to use.

3)  What are my options?  In addition to specific resources for your discipline, you may want to explore our powerful interdisciplinary full-text journal databases, such as EBSCO Academic search Premier and JSTOR.

It is always a good idea to consult with a librarian and your professor to make sure that you pursue all of your options to the fullest.
