If you are ready to complete the OCS recommendation form for a specific student who has already discussed his plans with you, when you log in, you will automatically be taken directly to that student's form.

Suggestion to faculty:  Compose your comments paragraph by paragraph in Word and save the document for future reference. Then, copy and paste into the answer boxes within the application system, and click 'Submit To The Committee'.  You may wish to do what others have done - electronically file away these recommendation forms for future reference or use.
