This web site already has a complete cost estimate for the programs listed under "Choosing a Program."   However, we urge you to use this worksheet and check directly with the sponsor of any program in which you have interest.  You need to know approximately how much each of the items in this list will cost before you make an application or commitment.  Costs change.  We assume no responsibility for the accuracy of the estimates that we have listed.
