Experience Indiana Frequently Asked Questions...

Q.        How do I sign up?

A.        Fill out the event reservation form (Spring & Fall only) online at http://www.wabash.edu/indiana/experience or email a request to bowmang@wabash.edu.

Q.        How much will attending an event cost me?

A.        Nothing.  Events are free to the Wabash Community thanks to a grant from Lilly Endowment Inc.

Q.        Can I bring a friend or family member?

A.        Any member of the Wabash Community may submit a request to Jerry Bowie or Gina Bowman to bring a guest or family members.  This request may or may not be granted depending on the availability for the event.

Q.        Can I sign up for more than one event?

                        A.        Yes!  We encourage you to sign up

for as many events as you like!

Q.        Do I have to drive to the event myself?

A.        No.  In most cases Experience Indiana will provide transportation though local events might not include transportation.

Q.        What if I want to drive myself?

A.        That is completely up to the participant.  EI does not require anyone to ride with the group.

Q.        Is food provided?

A.        A meal component is sometimes added to events. The information will indicate if a meal is included in the event.

Q.        Is there an age requirement?

A.        For most events, no.  Some events will require a certain age but that would be stated in the event invitation. If the event recommends an appropriate age, it will be indicated in the event publicity.

Q.        How do I make a suggestion for a future event?

A.        Fill out a proposal form online at http://www.wabash.edu/indiana/events or submit an email to bowiej@wabash.edu or bowmang@wabash.edu.
