The Indiana Beta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta is now the oldest continuous chapter in the history of the fraternity, operating continuously since it was created here at Wabash College in 1850. For 158 years, generations of Phi Delts have inhabited the house on the corner Walnut and College streets and spent four years in one of the best fraternities in the country. After a very successful housing campaign, we have nearly brand new house to live in, which have only help to add to the already strong bond through which the brothers are united.
