An event may be suggested to the online calendar only if space has been reserved for the event. You can reserve campus rooms using the scheduler.
Once you have reserved a space, fill out the following form to suggest an event for the campus calendar. Required fields are in red. Make sure you choose the appropriate calendar. Your event information will be sent to the appropriate office for consideration. Please allow two working days for your event to appear on the calendar.
