Sophomore Interviews: Center Hall 115
 
Sophomore Interviews will be taking place in the Dean of Students’ Office beginning January 14 through March 1, 2013. This is the time when Sophomores will declare their major and minor, and/or area of concentration, as well as reflect on their Wabash experience thus far. Please stop by Center Hall 115 and sign up for an appointment with Dean Raters.
 
Dress for Success: Baxter Hall , 12:00PM - 1:00PM
 
CJ Menswear will be coming to Wabash to present to students how to dress properly. They will address common questions such as different dress types and also what dress is appropriate for certain events. Come dressed as you would for an interview.
 
Teacher Ed Committee Mtg: Forest Hall , 12:10PM
 
 
Teacher Talk: Center Hall 216, 12:10PM - 1:00PM
 
Classroom Re-enactments and Experiential Learning by Prof. Tom Cohen (social historian of Renaissance Italy, York University). He will discuss his use of historical re-enactments in the classroom. Lunch Provided. Teacher Talk is sponsored by the Teaching and Learning Committee.

Student/Faculty Dinner: Detchon Center International Hall, 7:00PM - 9:00PM
 
The Faculty/Student Dinner presented by Wabash Career Services aims to provide better connections between the students and faculty. Student asking faculty questions about their experiences and different ways to use their majors. Career Services during the event will help provide students and faculty with tools and advice during a short presentation.
 
John Charles Lecture: Thomas Cohen: Baxter Hall 101 (Lovell Lecture Room), 8:00PM
 
2013 John Charles Lecture. Thomas Cohen will present "How did a Soldier talk to a Renaissance Bandit? : Historians' ears, Historians' voices." Free and open to the public; a reception will follow.
