The Northeast Ohio Association of Wabash Men welcomed Dean for Advancement Joe Emmick '92 for a reception and dinner on Saturday, January 23, 2010. The evening’s festivities followed a Little Giant victory over Oberlin in basketball that afternoon.
Dean Emmick updated the attendees on the College, focusing on admissions, fundraising, our faculty, and our students. He explained that while the financial times have provided many challenges, Wabash continues to operate from a position of strength. He also gave a quick preview of a new fundraising initiative designed to further dampen the market’s impacts on the college’s endowment. A lively Q & A followed the Dean’s short talk.
