Classroom Based Research (CBR) has been part of the Teacher Education Department since 2004. It is primarily a professional development opportunity for public school teachers, education students and Wabash faculty. Each participant has a research question that is worked on through the year.

One member of the group, Amy Gillan was awarded a PRISM grant to help support teachers by hosting 4-5 collaborative workshops during the academic year. During the day-long workshops, teachers and faculty collaborate on projects, provide usefull feedback for each other, and work together to analyze and interpret data collected
