Background Check: Each student taking an education course that will complete field experiences and/or student teaching MUST complete the background check request. There is a cost to the student, usually $18 - $20. Wabash Teacher Education Department uses Safe Hiring Solutions Company.

Application to the Teacher Education Program:  Sophomores complete this application in the spring semester. It is due by April 1st. (Transition to Teach and 4+1 applicants should use this form also.)

Area of Concentration: Students must turn this form in hard copy with appropriate signatures.

Ninth Semester Application:  Students who need an extra semester to complete student teaching complete this application. It is due on March 31st along with the Application to the Program.

Student Teaching Application:  Juniors complete this application when ready to be placed for student teaching.

Transition to Teach & 4+1 Program Application: This is the application for Student Teaching for these students.
