Why Wabash?: I chose Wabash mainly because it was diverse and offered a well-rounded curriculum. Coming from a school that was focused on math and science, I wanted a broader education and the family atmosphere appealed to me as well. The student:faculty ratio is phenomenal here. I didn't want the large classroom experience that some of my friends found at large, state schools.

Choosing his major - I chose political science because as I have become more involved in community service activities and in the community in general, I have seen a lot of things that I wish I could make better and change. I think the best way I could do this is by going into politics, either to make laws in D.C. as a legislative assistant or working in city government. There are many people who need help and don’t have a voice. I would like to be one more person trying to give them the voice they need.
