Why Wabash?: The Gentleman's Rule. I came from a high school that had a really close relationship between the students and the faculty. All of the other colleges I looked at asked students to sign a paper essientially saying "I won't cheat". The piece of paper is simply a formality and doesn't accomplish anything. People who would cheat would sign the paper anyway. The Gentleman's Rule is representative of an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect between students and faculty which meets a demand I had for the college I chose to attend.

Student/Faculty Interaction - My professors know me extremely well. I'm rather opinionated, so I'm noticed by all of my professors. I don't need that attention from my professors, but the reason I'm here is to learn. This is my job, if you will. I love being a student at Wabash. I get to sit in a class and listen to people far more intelligent that I am tell me how things work in the world around me. I love it when classes are highly interactive and our faculty loves it as well.
