This interactive form will allow you to conveniently prepare and submit as little or as much biographical information about yourself as you would like to have printed in our 50th Reunion '63 Memory Book. We suggest you download the model word document and use it to craft your responses. Once you are satisfied with your submission, please use the "Paste from Word" button to upload your submission in each of the boxes.

This web page doesn't time out but if you leave the page without completing the submission, your work will not be saved such that you can go back and edit. You'll have to begin the process again. These pages will be used to form the individual content for our class memory book. After it's been prepared, copies of the book will be mailed to all class members toward the end of the second quarter 2013. I hope as many of you as possible will use this way of providing material (including up to 3 photographs), but if computers give you a headache, don't let that stop you; just send me your data, typed or handwritten, and I can enter it into the database.
